A word about certified WAAS aviation receivers
One of our alert Australian
readers suggests that we mention
that at this time, there are not yet any receivers certified to
receive the WAAS signals for
aviation use. We understand that the first certification
is due in August 2003 with commercial availability some time
after that.

Navtech GPS Supply has iQUE GPS/PDA's in stock - see
special
feature description
Our Navtech GPS Supply now has
caught up with back orders and has the excellent
Garmin iQue's IN STOCK! This PDA is powerful and multitalented.
FEATURE: If you download your
Microsoft Outlook onto the IQue, you can click
on an address entry and with only a few keystrokes you will
bring up a map to that
location. The iQue knows where you are and easily tells you how
to get there with voice commands
and/or color map! If you have fiddled with older
car nav systems, you know how tedious data entry is. No more!
The iQue is a PDA, an address
database, and a talking GPS navigation system. The
automotive kit will be out soon and we have them on order.
Call us at (703) 256-8900, or in
the US and Canada at (800) NAV-0885. Or look
us up at http://www.navtechgps.com/supply/ique.asp
