Course Check-in
(note: this is separate from ION registration)

Pre-Registered & Prepaid:
Quick check-in is for those pre-registered with full payment, official training form or purchase order. We will send you a SPEED CHECK-IN TICKET which you should bring with you. Please check in at least 10 minutes before your first class.
Unpaids & Walk-Ins:
Please arrive at registration between 7.30-8.15 to assure prompt entry to Monday morning classes and to avoid waiting in line.  Better, come Sunday evening 19.00-20.30 to pre-register. (See message to "walk-ins"). Registration operates 8.00-13.30 each day for later classes.

Lodging
Please reserve your hotel soon to receive the special ION rate at the nearby hotels!
Reserve your room online at www.ion.org under "ION GNSS 2008."
You will get an email confirmation from the service agency.
Be sure to identify yourself as an ION GNSS 2008 attendee when making your reservations.  The hotels fill up fast, so please do not delay!  Contact us if you have any problem finding a hotel.

Want to change your class?
Any changes in course selections should be made by Sep. 4. You will receive only the set of notes you have committed to by Sep. 4.  However, you may sit in on other courses offered at the same time as your session(s).  We regret that we cannot sell extra notes.

Confirmations
Expect to receive an email confirming your tutorial registration within 14 business days.
If you do not receive confirmation from us within 14 business days, please call to make sure that we received your registration. Please see the note above about "walk-ins."

Cancellations
Registrations may be cancelled through 5 pm Eastern Daylight Time Thursday, September 11, without penalty, and attendee substitutions may be made at any time.
No refunds will be provided for "no-shows" or late cancellations, as we will have made commitments on your behalf.
