If
you are unable to register online, you can phone, fax, or mail us your
registration and we will be happy to assist you! Phone us at

Feel free to
send us a tentative registration
while you await final authorization. We will hold a place for you until 5 working days before the
start of the course.
NavtechGPS reserves the right
to cancel any course up to one month in advance, without liability. In this unlikely
event, all confirmed registrants will be notified immediately.

Confirmations |
All registrations will be confirmed,
in writing, via email, postal service or
fax, if
received at least one working day prior to the course.
If you do not receive a
written confirmation, please contact our
Registrar to make sure that we have your
registration. |

Course Fees |
All fees should be paid in $US,
drawn on a bank located in the US, or with
VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, or Discover card by the first day of the
course.
Purchase orders and government training forms are
also accepted and can be billed after completion of the course.
Fees
may also be wired directly to our bank; please contact us for instructions.

Discounts |
Discounts may be available for attending
multiple courses at the same venue. Maximum fee for multiple sequential courses in same week is
$2900. Email NavtechGPS for more information.
Group discounts
are for 3 or more registrations from the same company and location, made at the same
time, for the same venue, for the same number of days. 1st-2nd person - full price,
3rd-5th person - 10% off, 6th person and more - 15% off. (Meeting-related tutorials
are not eligible for this discount.) We will calculate the discounts
for your group, which will be reflected in the confirmation letters we
send. |

Refunds |
Fees are
fully refundable
up to 5 working days before the start of
the course. After that point the following cancellation fees will apply:
This fee is to cover the costs and obligations
incurred by NavtechGPS in making arrangements for the course, and does not entitle the
registrant to any of the course materials. However, late cancellation fees can be applied toward future course registrations.
"No shows" will be
charged the full course fee, so please keep us informed of any changes in your registration status. We welcome
attendee substitutions at any time. |

On-Sites |
If
you would like a training contract for a set number of attendees at

Textbooks |
If
your course description lists textbooks as part of the "Material You
Will Keep," you will receive a voucher for those texts along with
your confirmation packer. If you already own a copy of a text and do not wish
a duplicate, please contact our registrar
prior to the course to make arrangements for a substitution. |

CEU's |
Continuing Education Units (CEU's) are earned at the rate of 0.1 units per
hour of lecture time. Course completion certificates reflecting the number of CEU's
earned, will be issued to each attendee after the course has ended. |

Hotel Reservations |
Special group rates at the meeting hotels can only be guaranteed until the
dates designated on the registration form. Hotels will reserve a block of rooms only until
3-4 weeks before the meeting, because they don't want to risk being left with empty rooms.
You may still make reservations after the deadline (often at the group rate), if there are
rooms available.

Government rate rooms are generally limited in
number; you must advise the hotel at the time reservations are being made
and show government identification and/or travel orders at check-in.
(Note: please be aware that a hotel's 'government rate' can vary from the
per diem due to what is referred to as the 'conference differential' - see
www.gsa.gov for more information.)
If you are tax exempt, be sure to bring paperwork with you.
Please make your hotel reservations well in
advance, even if you are still awaiting
approval. It is better to cancel your reservation if you don't get approval, than to be
left without a room!

You will receive driving instructions and complete
details on each venue along with your confirmation letter. |

Parking |
Many hotels charge for parking. They often have their parking facilities
managed by outside companies, which generally offer special rates to hotel guests, but not
necessarily to day visitors. Please contact the hotel directly to determine the current
parking policy and rates.
