Raven Industries Announces Distributor Relationship With NavtechGPS

NavtechGPS to Distribute Raven StarLink DGPS Product Line in U.S.

On Dec. 14, 2011, Raven Industries Electronic Systems Division (Sioux Falls, S.D.) (Nasdaq:RAVN) announced its new distributor relationship with NavtechGPS for Raven StarLink Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) products. NavtechGPS, a Washington, D.C.-area based company, located in Springfield, Va., is a technology driven small business with more than two decades of experience in global positioning systems, geolocation technology and GPS/GNSS technical training.

As of December 15, 2011, NavtechGPS will receive and process United States orders on Raven StarLink DGPS products. These products include line amplifiers, RavenLink, down/up converters, splitters, and antennas. This relationship has been put in place to improve product availability, increase speed of order fulfillment, and improve support for the customers of Raven StarLink DGPS products.

Franck Boynton, NavtechGPS vice president and chief technical officers says, “We’ve been re-sellers for Raven for over a decade and know the product line well. We look forward to being their sole U.S. distributor for the entire GPS line, especially the TBA-2 Raven antenna — there’s just nothing else like it out there.”
